Congratulate a client on new clients or products! It’s a great way to interact and show support.
2. Follow up with your customers. No matter what business you are in, people like to know that they company they are working with cares. Whether it’s a simple phone call to make sure your client is happy with their finished postcard, or a fun email thanking them for their business, they will know you care about the quality of the work, and grateful for their business!
3. Figure out what your customers need. Customer loyalty runs deep and getting inside their brains is key to figuring out how to keep them. The trick here is experimenting. If you notice your customers engage frequently in Facebook contests, try hosting some of your own. If you see that many of your customers have the same questions about a certain service or product, conduct a webinar to answer these questions and provide more information. This shows your customers that you really listen to their needs, and want them to be happy and successful!
